Ashutosh Tripathy

Biomedical Engineering, The University of Texas at Dallas 

Throughout his time spent at The University of Texas at Dallas, Ashutosh was engaged in multiple pursuits, including research in the fields of optogenetics and implantable electronics, a range of engineering projects, and serving as a teaching assistant for the National Merit Program. Prior to enrolling in EnMed, Ashutosh gained experience in the development of chronic pain therapy devices through his work at a startup, where he honed his skills in the characterization and surgical procedures of implantable medical devices in the DRG and brain.

As the Research Representative for EnMed Class of 2026, Ashutosh is actively involved in ongoing engineering projects. During his leisure time, he enjoys powerlifting, reading, playing video games, and traveling.
