Vasiliki Anemikos is from Milton, VT, and received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on cell, tissue and organ biomechanics from the University of Vermont.
Her background includes work on the largest long-term study on brain development and child health in the United States. Anemikos has held an internship as a Quality Engineer at the Ben and Jerry’s factory in Waterbury, VT. When Anemikos is not busy studying, she enjoys baking, exercising and hiking.
