Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Texas A&M University
Mathew Pietz decided to peruse medical school at the School of Engineering Medicine for the opportunity to not only identify clinical problems, but also create the innovative solutions to address those problems.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Pietz received his Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He’s interested in pediatrics, psychiatry, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Pietz also has previous experience volunteering at a psychiatric clinic.
Pietz enjoys exercising, attending music festivals, and playing basketball and football when he isn’t busy studying.
