While at EnMed, Haani Tai plans to further develop his engineering skills to create more affordable healthcare for underdeveloped countries. His research interests focus on the spine, bones and muscles and his previous work experience in healthcare includes conducting electrical stimulation on research animals after spinal cord injuries.
Originally from nearby Spring, TX, he received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in biological engineering. For hobbies, Tai enjoys frisbee, volleyball, anime and traveling.
