Biomedical Engineering, Duke University
Wesley Lim, a Dallas native, graduated from Duke University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Afterwards, he completed a Master of Science degree in Medical Science at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
His prior research experiences focused on computational modeling of noninvasive brain stimulation methods such as transcranial magnetic stimulation. In the future, Lim hopes to explore new medical devices and their implementation into clinical practice.
In his free time, Lim enjoys exploring the vast array of restaurants Houston has to offer. In addition, he loves kayaking, bouldering, and Ultimate Frisbee, even though he claims he isn’t actually good at any of those three activities.
After graduation, Lim will further their medical career at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago, IL, specializing in interventional radiology.
