Originally from Anaheim, California, Dr. Slivkoff graduated from University of California, Riverside, then completed his graduate work at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. His passion for teaching began in graduate school and he has never turned away from the profession over the past 20+ years. He has educated pre-medical and medical students at various colleges and universities in the United States and Caribbean. He moved to Houston in early 2023 to join the medical faculty at the School of Engineering Medicine.
