Brianna Cathey

Biomedical Engineering, The George Washington University

Brianna Cathey chose to study at EnMed for the opportunity to impact her future patients beyond her own practice by contributing to an innovation that is implementable by other health care professionals. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from The George Washington University.

While studying in Washington D.C., Brianna volunteered at a free HIV clinic and participated in cardiac electrophysiology research. She has an interest in cardiology for her medical specialty and also plans to pursue a medical device start-up. When she’s not busy with her studies, she enjoys weight lifting, bike riding, and visiting art museums and galleries.
