Alwin Mathew

Biomedical Engineering, Texas A&M University

Alwin Mathew is a dedicated and passionate Biomedical Engineering graduate from Texas A&M University. Throughout his academic career, Mathew has demonstrated a strong commitment to both his studies and his future career goals in engineering and medicine. He is highly motivated to make a meaningful impact in the field of medicine and improve patient outcomes through the development of innovative medical technologies.

One of the main reasons that Mathew is so passionate about the field of biomedical engineering is his interest in the convergence of engineering and medicine. Mathew was drawn to the EnMed program because he believes it offers a unique opportunity to learn from experts in both engineering and medicine and develop a deeper understanding of how engineering principles can be applied to medical practice.

When Mathew is not studying, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, and exploring Houston. He is an avid reader and enjoys learning about new topics, from science and technology to history and politics. He also loves staying active and playing basketball with his friends. In his free time, Mathew likes to explore the city of Houston and discover new restaurants, museums, and cultural events. Through his diverse interests, Mathew is always seeking new experiences and opportunities to learn and grow.
