Abigail Roth

Biomedical Engineering, Texas A&M University

Abigail Roth is from San Antonio, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering in May 2019. During her time in undergrad, she spent two and a half years in a biomaterials lab working on cranial implants to promote bone regeneration. She documented her findings in an undergraduate thesis and presented at a national level. She’s interested in continuing her research in materials science, regenerative medicine, or polymeric drug delivery at Houston Methodist.

Abbey was also involved as a leader in a service organization all four years and hopes to resume that in medical school as one of her class’s newly elected community service representatives. In her free time, she likes to travel, play board games with friends, and learn new things such as playing the piano.
